Xcel Energy Center

Xcel Energy Center is home to the Minnesota Wild Hockey Team, and hosts multitudes of events from concerts to ice shows. They approached Birdsall Interactive to launch a hand held in venue app. After completion, it was so successful Birdsall was engaged to build a Suite Manager app for their concierge team. The Suite Manager app was launched to coincide with the installation new loge boxes. The app allows for concierge to completely manage suite & loge client needs, history, check in process, coat check and food ordering.

In Stadium Native Smart Phone App:

• created an app that allows users to see all event information as it’s happening
• worked closely with the Xcel management team to design a custom user experience
• designed & optimized for smart phones
• utilized native app design to allow for instant content streaming without the burden of a download
• fully integrated social media, commerce, live video
• end to end solution with monthly support
• app is managed by a custom dashboard, and includes: stats, user access, advertising, game modules, streaming video, custom content input

Suite Manager:

• created a custom ipad solution that assists the concierge team check in suite owners
• designed the app to be user friendly for a non-technical user
• visual map access to an overview of all suites in real-time
• complete record of guests, names, items ordered, guest preferences and notes for future needs
• eliminates the need for paperwork and records keeping
• end to end solution with monthly support
• app is managed by a custom dashboard, and includes: stats, user access, advertising, game modules, streaming video, custom content input
